Founded in 1976 by the Government,Dr. MarriChanna Reddy Human Resource Development Institute has been supporting the Government initiatives in capacity building for reforms, good governance, change management, and revamping delivery systems.The Institute conducts Foundation Courses for AII India Services, Central Civil Services and Military Engineer Services Officers.In addition, the Institute conducts training programs for Officers from across the country.The Institute imparted training to senior Civil Servants from ASEAN Countries in the recent past.The Institute believes in decentralized training and, towards this, it has established a network of District Training Centers to provide training to field level functionaries.
