Institute of government Accounts and Finance (INGAF) as the training division of the Civil Accounts Organization, has completed over 20 years since its inception in 1992. During all these years, INGAF has continuously thrived to raise its training profile both in terms of magnitude and eminence. Today, INGAF has earned its recognition globally as one of the leading premier training institution in the field of public financial management and public policy. INGAF along with its regional training centres in Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai have been instrumental in imparting quality training to all the officials of Civil Accounts Organization as well as ensuring fulfilment of its other training and training related mandates. INGAF&'s recognition across the spectrum has led to having associations and collaborations with premier institutions like IIA [Florida], MDI [Gurgaon], IIM [B], IIPA, TERI, NIPFP, NIFM, Atlanta School of Public Policy, Duke University and Manchester University. Apart from these relationships with different institutions and organizations, INGAF also has strong bi-lateral relations with neighbouring countries like Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
