ITEC Security Courses

The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme,   Specialised training courses for police and para-military personnel are also provided under ITEC as “ITEC-Security” courses. These courses cover subjects pertaining to internal security like drug enforcement, anti-corruption, financial crime, cross-border organised crime, disaster relief, intelligence, detective training, forensic analysis and border management; and are offered at eminent police training institutions. The durations of these courses vary from institution to institution, and some of these courses require additional levels of security clearance for participants.

ITEC-Security courses are usually offered on request basis, although a few courses are offered or published each year in the ITEC calendar.
