Organization Structure

The administrative division for the ITEC Scheme within the Ministry of External Affairs is the Development Partnership Administration-II (DPA-II), which is headed by an Additional Secretary. The Division has three different sections dealing with different aspects of the ITEC scheme. Dedicated officers are assigned for different ITEC modalities; for coordination with ministries, institutes and Missions abroad; budgeting; and other day-to-day operations of the scheme. The Division has its own DDO and a dedicated accounts team in order to facilitate timely payments to ITEC institutes. ITEC website and portal operations are managed by a dedicated team from CDAC-Noida.
