1. Central Revenues Control Laboratory (CRCL), work under the control of Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, Department of Revenue, Minitsry of Finance, Government India is recognized as WCO, Regional Customs Laboratory from 02.03.2021 for Asia Pacific Region.2. Revenue Laboratories were modernized, at a cost of USD 10.77 mn, keeping in view the requirements of WCO Customs Laboratory Guide, 2022. RCL, New Delhi is equipped with modern state-of-art instruments to train customs officers to enhance the capacity building in the field of chemical analysis of Customs samples and Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances .
