Rafi Ahmed Kidwai National Postal Academy is an apex training institute which is recognized by the DOPT as a Central Training Institute. The Academy imparts induction as well as in-service training to the senior level officers of Indian Postal Service and other managerial cadres of India Post. It also imparts training to managers of other Postal Administrations under the ITEC/SCAAP Scheme & IAFS-II Scheme organized by the Ministry of External Affairs since last many years.
